Remembrance Sunday Events in Bracknell

Remembrance Sunday is on Sunday, 9 November, and Bracknell Forest will hold several events to honour the service and sacrifice of those who defended our freedoms.

Community Activities

Poppy Shop

The Royal British Legion's Poppy Shop is open at The Lexicon Bracknell (next to River Island) until Friday, 7 November. Visit between 10am and 4pm to purchase poppies and related items.

Giant Poppies Installation

Several large poppies have been installed around Bracknell Forest during the past week. They will remain through Armistice Day as a symbol of gratitude to armed personnel, their families, and veterans.

Remembrance Parade

Bracknell Town Council will host a parade on Sunday, 9 November. The event starts at 10:40am outside Princess Square and proceeds through the town centre and The Lexicon Bracknell.

Everyone is welcome to line the route and pay their respects. Please allow extra time for travel and parking and be aware that there will be photography at the event.

Additional Event

Bracknell Town FC will play against Didcot Town in the Bucks and Berks County Cup on Monday, 10 November. Kick-off is at 7:45pm at SB Stadium.
