National Award Success for Moray Councillors

Two Moray councillors received top honours at this year's Local Government Information Unit (LGIU) and CCLA Cllr Awards, the only national event celebrating councillors' work across the UK.

These prestigious awards recognize exceptional contributions by local government leaders and innovators, emphasizing their impact on communities.

Judges praised Cllr Robertson for her "clear vision, collaborative working style and delivery for communities," and credited Cllr Macrae for "fresh ideas that deliver real results."

Cllr Amber Dunbar also represented Moray, being one of only four shortlisted nominees for the Young Councillor of the Year prize.
