From January 31 to February 15, 2026, cinemas and media libraries across Île-de-France will host the Mycéliades science fiction festival, celebrating the theme of resilience. Nearly 160 pairs of venues throughout France will take part in this nationwide event.
"Les Mycéliades explores the concept of resilience in the face of climate, energy, and food challenges through cinema, books, video games, and comics."
The festival invites audiences to reflect on how to rebuild sustainable worlds, confront crises, and imagine ways to avert catastrophic futures.
Media library activities are generally free of charge. Cinema screenings may vary in price depending on each theater's policy. Program schedules will soon be available on the official website.
