Connacht suffered another narrow defeat, this time against Munster in Thomond Park, and had to be content with a losing bonus point.
“Obviously very disappointed”, says head coach Stuart Lancaster, particularly having played well in the first half.
Lancaster noted that the team had a lot of adversity to deal with, including injuries to four players early in the game, and having to use up the bench earlier than intended.
He expressed that there is no consolation in a single bonus point, especially in a difficult venue like Thomond Park.
