Isaac Rochell, a retired NFL defensive end, has found a new challenge in marathon running, stating it is "way harder than football."

Rochell, 29, played for the Chargers, Colts, Browns, and Raiders for seven years before announcing his retirement on his wife's podcast, Sunday Sports Club.

"I went from wearing this jersey [NFL shirt] to this jersey [marathon bib]."

He is now training for the Chicago Marathon, aiming to finish in 3:15. Rochell admits that marathon training is a difficult task, but he is determined to push through.
