Prime Video Cancels 'The Office Australia' After One Season
Prime Video has confirmed that the Australian version of 'The Office' will not be renewed after one season.
The series, which premiered 12 months ago, was the 13th global adaptation of the UK comedy series and the first with a female lead.
The show was co-produced by BBC Studios Australia and New Zealand, Bunya Entertainment, and Amazon MGM Studios, and starred Felicity Ward as Hannah Howard, the managing director of packaging company Flinley Craddick.
When she gets news from Head Office that they will be shutting down her branch and making everyone work from home, she goes into survival mode, making promises she can’t keep to keep her “work family” together.
