Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith have officially canceled their upcoming divorce trial, just one day before they were set to appear in court.
The trial, which was scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 15, was canceled after Turner-Smith's attorney submitted paperwork requesting its removal from the court's calendar.
According to court filings, Turner-Smith, 39, and Jackson, 47, are now working together privately to reach an agreement regarding custody of their 5-year-old daughter, Juno.
