Utah Probation Officer Arrested for Soliciting Sexual Conduct
A longtime agent for Utah's Adult Probation and Parole (AP&P) has been arrested for soliciting inappropriate pictures and videos from a female offender he was supervising.
William "Quinn" Stickney was booked into the Utah County Jail on six counts of "soliciting sexually explicit conduct from a person in custody" and one count of "official misconduct".
Detectives with the Utah County Sheriff's Office investigated the case, which was disclosed by the victim who identified her probation officer as Quinn.
The victim disclosed to detectives that she was in a relationship with her probation officer, who she identified as Quinn.
