With the Frost/Freeze Alerts lifted, NCWV can expect a change in weather conditions. A frontal system has been causing increasing cloud coverage in the area, but this also brings warmer temperatures.

Temperatures have already started to rise, with highs reaching the mid to high 60s in the lowlands and lower 60s in the mountains. By tomorrow afternoon, cloud coverage is expected to clear, and highs will jump to the high 70s to low 80s in the lowlands and low 70s in the mountains.

Low temperatures will also rise, ranging from the low to mid 40s in the mountains to the mid to high 40s to low 50s in the lowlands. Specifically, Sutton is expected to have a low of 50° tonight.

No bad news at first, our temperatures have already started to warm up.
