Safety has been a top priority for both fans and law enforcement in the lead-up to the in-state rivalry football game between the University of Utah and Brigham Young University.
The BYU Police Department has announced an increased police presence. A notable change is that fans are not allowed to camp in line for seats in the ROC section.
The university stated that the change is out of precaution.
"I've been bleeding blue since the day I was born,"said Ethan Jensen, who was among those waiting in line before being told to leave.
