Mizzou Takes First Steps for Commercial Development on Campus
The University of Missouri issued a formal Request for Information (RFI) for commercial real estate development.
In September, university leaders shared plans to utilize university land to provide revenue, boost the economy, and enhance gameday experiences.
On October 15, the university issued a formal RFI to solicit information and ideas from interested parties to develop nonessential lands with potential to generate funding.
The RFI aims to develop lands that are nonessential to the university’s mission, objectives or real estate platform.
