At 73, Celebrity Traitor Celia Imrie reveals her approach to maintaining good health.
'I loathe gyms,' she said. 'If I meet a pal, I’d rather walk and talk than sit on my backside in a coffee shop.'
Imrie's exercise routine consists of walking, which she prefers over going to the gym. She also enjoys cycling by the sea and has an orange belt in Taekwondo.
Her breakfast consists of a cup of tea with masala spice, followed by lots of coffee. Imrie also mentions having two new hips, which have given her more energy.
