I recently attended the third International Vine Tea Conference in Laifeng County, Hubei Province, China, where I discovered a unique and ancient Chinese health beverage.
Alongside leading professors and tea specialists, I learned about vine tea, which has been around for over 1200 years.
Vine tea is traditionally brewed from Ampelopsis grossedentata, a very unique looking plant.
I was also asked to present on how vine tea could be used in blending, and we developed functional blends that could be used every day.
Vine tea has been a hidden gem in the tea industry for centuries.
