N.C. Chief Justice Visits Alexander County
North Carolina Supreme Court Chief Justice Paul Newby and his wife, Macon, visited the Alexander County Courthouse on Monday, October 13, 2025.
They were accompanied by representatives from the Administrative Office of the Courts, including Director Ryan Boyce.
The visit aimed to meet with the Clerk of Court staff, including Clerk of Superior Court Edwin P. Clerk Brie Sharpe and other officials.
Those in attendance included Assistant District Attorneys, Assistant Public Defenders, District Court Judges, and Deputy Clerks.
