Pornhub Ceases Operations in Arizona
Pornhub has stopped its operations in Arizona after the state passed a law requiring adult websites to verify users' age.
“It just really stood out as something that was a big positive to try to give parents one more tool to help protect their children,”
said State Representative Nick Kupper, who helped introduce the law. This legislation is similar to laws in 23 other states, aiming to protect children from pornography.
Pornhub has responded similarly in other states with such laws, blocking user access while advocating for free speech.
