Dozens of Roberts Bakery workers have lost their redundancy packages and pay already earned after the firm was bought and renamed by a billionaire food magnate.
In July, Frank Roberts & Sons, the bakery's parent firm, announced 250 workers were entering a compulsory redundancy consultation period, with 86 deemed surplus to requirements.
No comment from the billionaire food magnate has been released.
