'Gen V' co-creator and executive producer Eric Kripke discusses the Episode 7 twist revealing Dr. Thomas Godolkin as Cipher.
Dr. Godolkin, played by Ethan Slater, has been masking himself as Godolkin University dean Cipher, played by Hamish Linklater.
Dr. Godolkin's plan was to train Marie to become strong enough to obtain the power of healing and/or resurrection.
- Marie, played by Jaz Sinclair, is tricked into bringing Dr. Godolkin back to his original form.
