The world's leading wildlife photography competition has announced its 2025 winners, showcasing exceptional talent and remarkable stories from across the globe.

The sixty-first Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition has revealed its winners, offering a glimpse into the wild from every corner of the planet.

Notably, one of the winners took 10 years to capture one of the rarest species on the planet.

The competition, developed and produced by the Natural History Museum, London, attracted a record-breaking 60,636 entries from 113 countries.

Submissions for the sixty-second Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition will open at 11:30 AM GMT on Monday, 20 October 2025.
