In the past, DC was known for its incredible horror comics, with classic runs like Saga of the Swamp Thing and John Constantine, Hellblazer.
These horror stories showed a new perspective of the DC world, scratching plenty of itches for those that wanted darker or creepier stories.
They also released dozens of horror-themed Elseworlds and imprints alongside mainline books.
However, in recent years, the amount of horror comics from DC has decreased by a huge amount.
