AHS Hosts 20th A-Town
Andalusia High School's band competition, A-Town, held its 20th competition on October 4.
27 high school marching bands from the area competed for the title of "Best In Class" by performing their halftime shows.
This year's Bulldog Band halftime show theme is "Soul, Swagger, and Funk", featuring hits from The Fifth Dimension, Earth, Wind, and Fire, Marvin Gaye, Tina Turner, Kool and the Gang, Parliament, and The Commodores.
"I think the Band really enjoys our opening prelude of Let the Sunshine In by the Fifth Dimension,"
said Dillon Worley, the AHS band director, who is in his third year of leading the 2025 Andalusia High School "A Sound Tradition" band.
