Faculty Promotions Announced in SUNY Canton's School of Business and Liberal Arts
Several faculty members have been promoted in SUNY Canton’s School of Business and Liberal Arts.
"We have incredible faculty members at SUNY Canton, and it is always a pleasure to see them advance in their careers," said School of Business and Liberal Arts Dean Kenneth Rhee. “Their commitment and dedication to student learning and success continue to elevate our programs and inspire our students.”
Phillip James, Ph.D., was promoted to associate professor, specializing in Accounting and teaching various classes including Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Cost Accounting.
James earned his Master of Science in Accounting from the University of the West Indies and his doctorate in Accounting from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
