The criminal defense attorneys for Kouri Richins have spoken exclusively to 2News Chief Investigative Reporter Wendy Halloran.
Kathy Nester, Wendy Lewis, and Alex Ramos expressed their upset about "false narratives" in the media regarding their client.
"And under our rules of ethics, we are allowed to come forward and correct mistakes that have been made in a case. And that's what we're here to do today,"
said Nester. Richins is set to stand trial in February 2026, accused of murdering her husband, Eric.
