Man Arrested for Allegedly Sending Inappropriate Texts to Minors
A 69-year-old man from Juelsburg, Colorado, identified as Franklin Martin, was arrested on Friday, October 10th, for allegedly sending inappropriate text messages to minors.
The Mesa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) arrested Martin after parents found text messages on their teen’s phone that they described as inappropriate.
- Martin was booked into the Mesa County Detention Facility.
Officials ask anyone who had contact or knew someone who had contact with Martin to call the non-emergency dispatch at (970) 242-6707.
The MCSO said it’s possible there are other victims who’ve had similar contact with Martin. The case is under investigation.
