Michael's Instagram, Love and Light TV, had over 38,000 followers, and his YouTube channel with the same name counted more than 11,000 subscribers. He was also an adult content creator on OnlyFans. His viral success began after a clip featuring him saying "Yes, King" was widely shared on TikTok, inspiring numerous memes using his audio.
According to his Instagram bio, Heard identified as pansexual and polyamorous, producing adult content with men. His daughter Mykel shared that many people disapproved of his lifestyle and even wished harm upon him.
In episode 11 of his podcast Kingz In Konversation, Michael answered 21 questions alongside his co-hosts. When asked about his greatest achievement, he immediately credited his daughter Mykel, then 18 and preparing for nursing school.
