LoL Esports 2025 World Championship Opening Ceremony
The 2025 League of Legends World Championship Opening Ceremony, presented by Mastercard™, will be held on November 8 at 11 p.m. GMT at the Dong’an Lake Sports Park Indoor Gymnasium in Chengdu.
Event Highlights
The Opening Ceremony marks the start of the biggest esports event of the year, featuring performances by international artists. This year's production is a collaboration with DJ and producer Anyma, who joins Riot Games as a creative collaborator for ACT III of the ceremony.

About G.E.M.
Born in Shanghai in 1991 and raised in Hong Kong from age 4, G.E.M. is an acclaimed Chinese pop singer, songwriter, producer, and screenwriter. She has released over 120 original tracks. Her song Light Years Away holds the Guinness World Record for the most views on a Chinese music video.
In 2022, G.E.M. released her all-original album Revelation and created a 14-episode music series to accompany it.
