Gallagher Securities, the insurance-linked securities (ILS) and capital markets broker-dealer arm of Gallagher Re, has expanded its structuring capabilities by hiring Caroline Cassis. She joins from Swiss Re, where she specialized in catastrophe bonds and ILS structuring.

Caroline Cassis will serve as Senior ILS Structurer at Gallagher Securities, based in New York. She reports to Andras Bohm, the recently appointed Global Head of Structuring who joined from BMS.
