Extra Transport Capacity for Wellington Phoenix Game Day
Greater Wellington Te Pane Matua Taiao has announced enhanced transport options for fans attending the Wellington Phoenix double header at Sky Stadium on Saturday, 8 November.
Game Schedule
- The Phoenix women will start their season with a 4pm match against Canberra United.
- The Phoenix men’s derby against Auckland FC will follow at 7pm.
Train Services
Standard Saturday timetables will operate on all train lines. After the games, the Hutt Valley and Johnsonville lines will provide extra services. However, there will be no additional services on the Kapiti line post-match. Passengers are encouraged to check timetables in advance.
Bus and Ferry Services
Core bus routes will have increased capacity, and the East-by-West ferry will run on its usual schedule.
