In New York City, the No. 9 Harvard football team dominated Columbia with a decisive 31-14 victory on Friday night, reinforcing its status as a powerhouse in the Ivy League. The Crimson extended its unbeaten streak to eight games, marking its best start since 2015.

Harvard’s offense displayed balance and precision throughout the game. Running back Xaviah Bascon contributed two rushing touchdowns, capping off a strong offensive outing.

“This week was a challenging week, short week. A lot of people telling us how great we are in the media and to get the win and get out of here and play how we did in the first half, I'm just relieved and excited to get to the next one,” said Head Coach Andrew Aurich.

With a record of 8-0 overall and 5-0 in Ivy League play, Harvard continues to lead the conference and looks ahead to maintaining its perfect season.
