2025 Clemson Athletic Hall of Fame Inductees
Clemson athletics and IPTAY’s Block C Club are honoring 10 former Tiger greats by inducting them into the Clemson Athletic Hall of Fame class of 2025. These distinguished individuals will be recognized during tonight’s game against Florida State at Memorial Stadium.
Tim Bourret
- Worked 40 years in Clemson's sports information department: assistant director (1978-1989) and director (1989-2018).
- Inducted into the National College Sports Information Directors Hall of Fame in 2017.
- Received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the College Sports Information Directors Association in 2019.
- Awarded the Bobby Richardson Award by the South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame in 2018.
- Led Clemson to win the “Super 11” award from the Football Writers Association five times for excellence in football SID offices.
- Edited over 100 award-winning Clemson publications, including 37 focused on Clemson football.
- Served on ESPN’s committee for the 150-year anniversary of college football.
- In his 47th year of broadcasting Clemson men’s basketball, holding the distinction of dean of broadcasters in the ACC.
- Also in his 13th year as a color commentator for Clemson football games.
- Named an honorary alumnus of Clemson in 2007.
