Singer Tish Hyman confronted a transgender woman in the women's locker room of a Los Angeles gym, claiming this was not her first encounter with men in that space. The gym, formerly operated as Gold’s Gym, is now managed by EoS Fitness.
Hyman described feeling scared during the encounter, stating, "I told him to leave. He would not leave, and had no regard for my naked body."
She alleges this was not an isolated incident, saying men have entered the women's restroom at the gym four times in the past two weeks. Despite filing multiple complaints with the staff, she received no response.
"Stay out of the women’s locker room, we don’t want it!"
This phrase was shouted by Hyman in a cellphone video where she can be heard confronting the individual.
During the confrontation, Hyman recalled the transgender woman saying,
"Straight women like to see D (genitals) so if anything, they’re looking at me more than you."
She said the statement left her in "complete shock." Both Hyman and the other person were eventually removed from the gym. Following the incident, Hyman’s gym membership was revoked due to her outburst.
