Senators at Bruins: Boston Seeks Fifth Straight Win with Ottawa in Town

The Boston Bruins enter Thursday night’s matchup against the Ottawa Senators riding a four-game winning streak, their longest of the season. After enduring a difficult stretch of seven losses in eight games, Boston has regained momentum and moved back above the .500 mark with a shootout victory over the Islanders on Tuesday.

“It shows the character in our room,” coach Marco Sturm said after Boston rallied from three separate one-goal deficits. “We made some mistakes, but I’m glad we came back and won the game.”

The Bruins will host the Senators and familiar face Linus Ullmark, who earned the Vezina Trophy while playing for Boston in 2023. The Senators, meanwhile, continue to miss captain Brady Tkachuk, who remains sidelined for roughly six more weeks following surgery to repair a torn thumb ligament.
