Three Palestinians lost their lives on Friday in fresh airstrikes launched by Zionist forces across multiple locations in the Gaza Strip, violating the ceasefire that has been active since October 10.
Medical sources cited by Wafa confirmed that the fatalities occurred in separate bombings targeting Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip and the city center of the Palestinian enclave.
Wafa also reported that overnight from Thursday to Friday, the Zionist forces destroyed several homes east of Gaza and Khan Younis, while naval warships fired on Gaza City's coast.
The attacks extended beyond Gaza. According to Wafa, the Zionist forces carried out raids in the occupied West Bank, killing one person and injuring another in Ramallah.
The ongoing aggressive campaign by the Zionist entity against Gaza since October 7, 2023, has resulted in massive casualties. Palestinian health authorities reported on Thursday that:
"Since October 7, 2023, the ongoing genocidal aggression by the Zionist entity against the Gaza Strip has left 68,643 people dead and 170,655 wounded, mostly women and children."
Author’s summary: The recent strikes and raids by Zionist forces have escalated violence in Gaza and the West Bank, causing numerous civilian casualties despite an existing ceasefire.
