Virtus.pro emerged victorious at the Marvel Rivals Ignite Grand Finals during DreamHack Atlanta, overcoming Natus Vincere (NAVI) with a decisive 4–1 win. The EMEA powerhouse claimed the championship title and a prize of $320,000 (£243,480).
Following the Group Stage, eight teams advanced to the playoffs competing in a double-bracket elimination format. Several teams, including REJECT and DarkZero, were quickly eliminated after losing in the Lower Brackets. Citadel Gaming and ChopperMag were later knocked out in the Quarterfinals.
In the Lower Bracket Semifinals, NAVI took a commanding 3–1 victory against 100 Thieves, the Ignite Stage 2 Americas champion. They then defeated FlyQuest 3–1 in the Upper Bracket Finals to secure a spot against Virtus.pro in the Grand Finals.
Before the final match, Virtus.pro had already demonstrated exceptional form, leading its group with a flawless 5–0 record in the Group Stage. The team maintained this momentum through the playoffs, previously defeating NAVI 2–0 in their earlier encounter.
After fighting through the Lower Brackets, NAVI sought revenge, but Virtus.pro ultimately proved stronger.
