Antalis has acquired Texo Trade Services (TTS), a Dutch manufacturer specializing in print media and textiles. The acquisition, announced on 4 November, strengthens Antalis' presence across the European market.
This strategic acquisition aligns with Antalis' goal to bolster its position in the Visual Communication sector, a major area of growth for the group. Previously, Antalis expanded in this area by acquiring companies such as Integart in Poland, Club Groupe and Poitoo Adhésifs in France, and Fortuna in the Adriatic region.
The integration of Texo Trade Services also supports Antalis' sustainability initiatives. The product range from TTS is recognized for its innovative qualities and lower environmental impact, helping accelerate the group's eco-friendly efforts.
"The strategic move reflects our ambition to reinforce our position in the Visual Communication area, one of the group’s key growth drivers."
Antalis continues expanding its European footprint by acquiring innovative companies that enhance both market position and sustainability.
