Tiffany Haddish revealed new information about the much-anticipated sequel to the hit movie Girls Trip in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly. The actress, 45, confirmed that production plans are moving forward.
"We had a meeting last week... I’m telling it," Haddish said. "They were saying we [are] gonna start shooting probably next year." She mentioned that filming might begin in spring 2026, aiming to finish before summer starts.
“She ready,” Haddish quipped, before adding, “I think it’s gonna be great. I think it’s going to be so much fun. Me and the girls were all talking. It was so funny, it was so good.”

The excitement is building around continuing the story with the original cast while introducing fresh elements.
