Antalis has completed the acquisition of Texo Trade Services (TTS), a Dutch company specializing in the manufacture and distribution of printable textiles and transfer media across Europe.
This acquisition supports Antalis’ continuing strategy to grow its presence in the visual communication industry. It enhances Antalis' position as a leading supplier of materials used in signage, décor, and textile printing throughout Europe.
Based in Moordrecht, the Netherlands, TTS employs 75 people and generated €34 million (£28.9 million) in revenue in 2024. The company exports to over 70 countries and is known for its reliable, high-quality products.
TTS's portfolio includes printable textiles, sublimation and protection papers, and transfer media for garment decoration under its own “Texo” brand, along with products from other leading European manufacturers.
“The acquisition will allow us to expand our textile offerings, enhance logistics and technical expertise, and advance our sustainability goals by integrating TTS's eco-designed product range,” said Antalis.
