Prop 50 Co-Author Assemblymember Gregg Hart Ready to Celebrate
Assemblymember Gregg Hart, co-author of Proposition 50, is preparing to celebrate the outcome of the Special Election in California.
When Texas added conservative seats to the House of Representatives, California Democrats, including Hart and State Senator Monique Limón, worked to introduce Prop 50.
"It is a really important election and I'm glad that we are going to be celebrating soon, the polls are still open, we want people to get out and vote,"
said Hart. He represents the 37th District, which was recently redistricted, and wants voters to know that Proposition 50 allows for temporary changes to Congressional Districts Maps.
