Pastor Charged with Human Trafficking and Sexual Battery
A pastor from the Oklahoma City area, Elmer Baca Flores, has been charged with human trafficking and sexual battery.
According to the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, an investigation by the OBN Human Trafficking Unit led to the filing of new charges against Flores by the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office.
