Four Individuals Honoured by German President
The President of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, presented the Federal Cross of Merit to four individuals for their outstanding contributions to Ghana-German relations.
The awardees, three Ghanaians and one German resident in Ghana, were recognised for their exceptional contributions to strengthening ties between the two countries.
The awards ceremony was held on November 3, 2025, at the residence of the German Ambassador to Ghana, during President Steinmeier’s three-day state visit to Ghana.
The Federal Cross of Merit is one of Germany’s highest honours.
