SSNIT to Make Quarterly Payments to NPRA
The Deputy Minister of Finance, Thomas Nyarko Ampem, announced a breakthrough in the financial dispute between the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) and the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA).
According to Ampem, SSNIT has begun fulfilling its financial obligations to the NPRA after years of delayed payments.
After intensive negotiations, SSNIT adopted a quarterly payment schedule to ensure regular transfers to the pensions regulator.
