It's Election Day in California, with voters casting their ballots in the Proposition 50 special election.

Proposition 50 will determine who has the power to draw California's Congressional district lines.

Voters can mail in or drop off their ballots, or vote in person at vote centers, which are open from 7 a.m.

Those in line at vote centers by 8 p.m. will still have their votes counted.

President Donald Trump called Proposition 50 a "GIANT SCAM" in a Truth Social post.

Gov. Gavin Newsom and President Trump are at odds ahead of the Prop 50 vote.
