SHC Launches Nationwide Drive to Recover Debts
The State Housing Company Limited (SHC) has launched a National Revenue Mobilization Campaign to recover outstanding payments from clients and strengthen its financial base.
The campaign aims to sustain the delivery of affordable housing across Ghana, according to Managing Director John S. Bawah.
The campaign forms part of efforts to remind clients of their financial responsibilities, which are essential to safeguarding tenancy security and ensuring the company’s continued growth.
As part of the campaign, SHC is offering a 15% discount to clients. The initiative was announced at the SHC Head Office in Accra on Monday, November 3, 2025.
