Kimberly-Clark, the maker of Huggies diapers, has agreed to acquire Kenvue, forming a $32 billion health and wellness conglomerate.
The deal will create a combined portfolio of complementary products, including 10 billion-dollar brands, reaching nearly half the global population at every stage of life.
