Chinese Farmer Builds Working Submarine
A Chinese farmer from Anhui province, Zhang Shengwu, has built a working submarine, investing around $5,570.
Unlike common hobbies such as flying drones, collecting stamps, or building kit cars, Zhang spent a decade constructing his own submarine, dubbed "Big Black Fish".
Zhang, who grew up near the Yangtze River, has a background in shipping, farming, carpentry, and welding, but had no prior experience with submarines.
