Developer Contributes to Mayoral Campaign
A notable donation has been made to Scott Phillips' mayoral campaign by Michael Bradshaw, president of Momentum Development Group, the company behind Jordanelle Ridge development.
Bradshaw explained that he donated $2,109 to Phillips' campaign because the candidate is "willing to communicate and collaborate."
Bradshaw stated that he doesn't have a relationship with Franco.
