Young Man Dies After Attack in Kildare Town
A man in his 20s has died after being attacked in the early hours of Sunday in Kildare town.
The victim was found at 3:15 am on McGee Terrace, near the Garda Station, and taken to Naas General Hospital, where he later passed away.
“For people who might not be familiar with Kildare town, McGee Terrace, that’s actually right beside the Garda Station in the town,”
reported Emily Keegan to Newstalk Breakfast. The coroner has been notified, and a post-mortem will be carried out.
- No arrests have been made so far.
- Gardaí are asking for anyone with information to contact Kildare Garda Station.
- They are particularly keen to talk to people who were in the area between 2 and 4 am on Sunday.
