A Page County High School alum helped form the Animal Rescue Corps in 2010, which has changed the lives of over 10,000 animals.
"I remember law enforcement saying, 'You're not going to worry about the rats and mice are you?' and we said, 'Absolutely we are'."
According to Tim Woodward, during Operation Caged Hell, he and his team found over 700 animals in need of rescue, including chickens, rabbits, cats, dogs, and around 600 rats and mice.
