Margot Robbie in Talks for American Psycho Remake
Margot Robbie is reportedly in talks to star in a gender-flipped remake of the cult classic American Psycho, directed by Luca Guadagnino.
The original novel by Bret Easton Ellis and the 2001 film adaptation by Mary Harron had limited strong roles for women, making Robbie's potential role as a female version of Patrick Bateman intriguing.
A "film source" said, "A remake of American Psycho is in the works and Margot is in the frame to play a female version of Patrick Bateman."
