Molto Bene Shines on Chasing Debut
Molto Bene made a successful debut over fences, winning the 2m4½f handicap chase with a six-length margin.
Ridden by Lilly Pinchin, she quickened well after the final fence, securing her first victory over fences.
“I was really pleased with that. She’s always jumped brilliantly and when you enjoy your jumping, you’ve got half a chance.”
Trainer Charlie Longsdon noted that Molto Bene looked more improved over fences than hurdles, and plans to find her some black type, which would benefit her family.
