Residents in Blaenporth and Blaenannerch are facing difficulties with public transport despite being located on the main A487 trunk road.
Villagers have been left without a bus service, as the T5 bus leaves the A487 at the Gogerddan crossroads and goes through Aberporth before picking up the main road near Tremain.
Villagers are left with the option of walking around half-an-hour to get to a bus stop or not accessing public transport at all
This issue has significantly impacted our more senior residents, said community council chairman Sue Lewis.
A potential solution was offered by Caroline Wilson of Green Dragon Community Transport, who suggested that villagers could use the Green Dragon bus, which travels to Cardigan on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
